Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At GWM Platform, we strive to provide premier agency services for TikTok for Business and Microsoft Advertising. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for services, ad credits, and account balances. By using our services, you agree to the terms below.
2. Distinction of Funds
To ensure clarity, our policy distinguishes between two types of payments:
Service/Management Fees: Fees paid to GWM Platform for account setup, monthly access, or agency management services.
Ad Credit / Account Top-ups: Funds deposited specifically for the purpose of running advertisements on TikTok or Microsoft Advertising networks.
3. Refund of Ad Credits (Top-ups)
We act as an intermediary between you and the advertising networks. Therefore, our ability to refund Ad Credits is strictly bound by the policies of the respective ad networks.
Subject to Network Terms: All refunds for Ad Credit/Top-ups are subject to the underlying terms and conditions of the ad network used. If the ad network (TikTok or Microsoft) holds, confiscates, or refuses to release funds due to policy violations or other internal decisions, GWM Platform is not liable to issue a refund.

Unspent Ad Credit (Good Standing): If your account is in good standing (not suspended), you may request a refund for unspent Ad Credit. A processing fee of 3% to 5% may be deducted to cover original transaction costs.
Spent Ad Credit: Funds that have already been spent on active advertising campaigns are strictly non-refundable.
4. Account Suspensions (Strict Policy)
Please read this section carefully. Digital advertising platforms enforce strict compliance rules.
a. Suspended Accounts (TikTok for Business)
We strictly follow TikTok’s official policy regarding suspended accounts.
Eligibility: Refunds for suspended accounts are processed in accordance with TikTok’s Refund Policy (https://ads.tiktok.com/help/article/how-to-request-refund-for-a-suspended-ad-account).
Process: If your account is suspended, we must first close the account and request the balance from TikTok.
Outcome: We will only issue a refund to you if and when TikTok approves the request and releases the funds to us. If TikTok confiscates the balance due to severe policy violations (e.g., fraud, malicious activity), GWM Platform cannot provide a refund.
b. Suspended Accounts (Microsoft Advertising)
Refunds for suspended Microsoft accounts are subject to Microsoft Advertising’s Terms (https://about.ads.microsoft.com/en-us/resources/policies/microsoft-advertising-agreement). We will refund your remaining balance only after Microsoft has reviewed the suspension and released the funds back to our agency.
5. Refund of Service & Setup Fees
Setup Fees: One-time account setup fees or onboarding fees are non-refundable once the account creation process has been initiated.
Subscription Fees: If you are on a recurring agency plan, you may cancel at any time. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once it has commenced.
6. Refund Processing
Request Method: To initiate a request, contact support at support@gwmplatform.com with your Account ID.
Review Period: Requests are reviewed within 24-48 hours.
Processing Time: If approved, funds are returned to the original payment method (Credit Card: 5–10 business days; Wire: 1–7 business days).
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without contacting us first, your account will be immediately terminated.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks by providing evidence of your agreement to these terms and logs of service delivery.
8. Changes to This Policy
GWM Platform reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
